Refund Policy

The plain version: digital goods are final once redeemed. Before redemption we're flexible and human about it. Below is exactly when refunds apply, when they don't, and how to ask.

Core principle

VBX tokens are digital goods. Once a redemption code is used in our Discord, the corresponding tokens are credited to your wallet and the transaction is final. We can't 'unspend' or claw back redeemed tokens. Same logic as a printed gift card after the PIN is revealed.

Before a code is redeemed we treat it as flexible inventory and have plenty of room to help. Most refund situations fall into the cases below.

When you are eligible for a refund

You bought the wrong pack and have not yet redeemed the code. We'll either swap the code for the correct pack (paying or refunding the difference) or fully refund the order.

You did not receive your code within 30 minutes of payment confirmation, despite checking spam and the Sell.app order page. We will resend the code or, if generation failed, refund and reissue.

A duplicate charge occurred (rare but possible with crypto re-broadcasts and Cash App retries). We refund the duplicate immediately upon confirmation in our logs.

The Discord bot was offline for an extended period at the time of redemption and your code became unusable. We restore the code or refund.

When refunds do not apply

Code already redeemed. The tokens are now in a Discord wallet. That's by design and intentionally one-way. This applies even if the code was redeemed accidentally on a different Discord account.

Change of mind after redemption. Once tokens are credited, they are yours. You can keep stacking promo packs or save them for the next drop, but cash refunds for redeemed tokens are not available.

Loss caused by sharing your code. Codes are like passwords. Anyone who has them can redeem. If you posted, leaked, or shared the code, we can't recover redeemed tokens.

Account ban for terms-of-service violation. Tokens in a banned wallet are forfeit and not refundable.

How to request a refund

Open a #support-ticket in our Discord with: your order ID (visible on the Sell.app order page and in the confirmation email), the email you used at checkout, and a one-line description of the problem.

We acknowledge tickets within 5 minutes during day hours and aim to resolve refund tickets within 24 hours. Crypto refunds may take longer due to network confirmations.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem with an order, please open a ticket first. We are responsive and reasonable, and most issues are resolved in minutes.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting support are treated as payment fraud. They result in a permanent ban from our Discord and storefront, and we may share fraud signals with Sell.app's processor network.
